Surviving a gauntlet that included two 100-win teams - Sasquatches (104) in seven thrilling games and Generals (108) in the finals. Their ace throwing a 1H, 1BB, 11K performance in the clinching game.
Our 8th champion in 8 years demonstrates that with fortitude, any franchise can deliver a winner, though I'm not sure we've ever witnessed a turnaround quite like this.
